When you place a bid, save an item to your watchlist, purchase from the Market, or submit a consignment, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, contact details, and details about the objects you submit or bid on.

Like most websites, we also receive standard technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, which we use to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate the auction house: to register bidders, process bids and purchases, review consignment submissions, respond to inquiries, and communicate about sales, results, and upcoming events.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to run the house — for example, with shipping and insurance partners in connection with a purchase, or with payment processors to complete a transaction. We may also disclose information when required by law.
